Collective Purchasing and New Light Up a Life Badges

There’s no denying that the past few months have brought along unprecedented times for everyone. Covid-19 has had a massive impact on the charity sector - not only have live events had to be cancelled or postponed and cash donations have decreased, but many charities have seen an increase in the need for their services. This has seen a strain on the sector but due to the resilience of the employees and volunteers we’re starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. 

One thing that we have not seen a decline in is people wanting to help out at a time of need, whether that’s helping out the NHS or volunteering at a food bank to deliver supplies to vulnerable people. It is one of the things we love about the charity sector. At Care Fundraising Supplies we have taken the approach to club together to bring you a new way of buying the products you would normally buy but for a lower price. We want to help increase your fundraising whilst saving you money so there’s more cash in the bank for you to carry on doing amazing work. We’d like to introduce you to our collective purchasing. 

Our Light Up A Life badges are our first product to be available under collective purchasing. We have designed this year’s badges so that they are less Christmassy and therefore are able to be sold and worn all year round. The start price for this year's badges is already lower than last year and it can only get lower. With collective purchasing the more orders we receive overall lower the price will be for everyone. Our Light Up A Life badges are always a hit which is why we’re starting our new initiative with them, however we will be rolling it out in the future for other products such as our sunflower products.

What is collective purchasing?

How does it work?

  • The more products ordered, the lower the price
  • We buy for less and pass the savings on to you
  • At the end of the process we will invoice you the final lowest price based on the size of order we place based on the collective total

Why would I want to do this?

  • You get a much better price, just like the bigger charities that buy more can achieve
  • You save money, lower even than last year’s prices
  • More cash in the bank for you to do more amazing work
