Ordering with Care Fundraising Supplies is easy! We have 2 options for you to place your order:

Orders will be sent by carrier with smaller items sent via Royal Mail. Carriage charges are calculated by weight with a small surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
We have minimum order of £200 excluding vat and delivery. Orders below £200 are taken at our discretion and are subject to a £10 small order charge.

All items are plus VAT (where applicable) and delivery at cost (unless specified otherwise). Items are supplied subject to availability. All packing details are approximate and may change during production. Some items have limited availability. We will notify you if any product has sold out and suggest alternatives. We reserve the right to part supply orders. When you place your order we will let you know the total payable, including VAT (where applicable).We confirm all orders within 2 weeks. Please check this confirmation carefully. If you do not receive your confirmation, please ring to check that we have received your order. Please let us know if the Delivery Address is different from the Invoice Address when you place your order and any other requests that you would like us to accommodate such as early delivery.
Non-account customers will be asked to pay in advance for their order. We will send you a Pro Forma Invoice which can be paid by, Cheque, Cash, BACS or Credit Card. As products are supplied from various manufacturers, you may receive more than one delivery covering your order. We will liaise with you to keep your delivery charges to a minimum. Normally you will receive a Delivery Note with the goods, followed by an Invoice posted to you a day later, which is payable within 28 days.
